My first camera
I love my camera… its great its so simple to operate, its always takes clear and nit pictures and it surprise me wen I opened the box because It comes with complete accessories like a cable to connect the camera with the tv, thats really cool guys…
And of course I got on time and with no problems… thanks amazon….!!!
Ok camera if you dont use vibration reduction feature
Camera does not focus with vibration reduction and stabilized zoom.
Turn off these features and you have a nice compact camera.
Great Everyday Camera
I purhcased this camera to replace my Canon, which I LOVED! I decided to go with a Nikon because of my daughter. Canons take great pictures but the shutter speed is just too slow to capture a 15 month old baby doing cute baby things. This nikon has most of the features that my canon had (it has all of the features I use regularly) the shutter speed is very quick and it is very easy to operate. I would recommend this camera to anyone who wants a quality point and shoot camera that doesn’t cost a lot.
Not Recommended!
I bought this camera for Christmas in 2009 and now only 4 months later it already stopped working! I took a trip to San Antonio and when I turned on my camera to take pictures the image on the screen froze and I could not turn the camera off. I mailed it into Nikon for a repair since it has a one year warranty and I got an email saying it would cost me $107 to fix it!!! That’s almost the same amount I paid for the camera. Thank goodness Amazon keeps a record of your online purchases so I can fax in a copy of my order proving it’s still under the 1 year warranty. I still dont think it’s a good sign the camera broke so quickly and I am worried about the cost of repairs once my warranty runs out.
I also havent really been impressed with the picture quality either. A lot of my photos have come out blurry and overexposed. I wish now I had spent a little more and gotten a Canon.
Fantastic Little Camera
I wanted a small digital camera that was easy to use, had great features, and a reasonable price. Found the perfect camera when I ordered the Nikon Coolpix S570 12MP Camera from Amazon. The vibration reduction, 2.7 Inch LCD, and video features are a plus. In addition, the close up shots of my flowers in the garden are fantastic. I love it, my husband loves it, and the photos of our grandchildren are priceless. It’s one of the best gifts I’ve ever given myself. Thanks!
